Secure Scalable JPEG2000 codestreams : As a flexible authentication method and a scalable access control method for JPEG2000 image code-streams, it possesses the properties:“sign once, verify many ways” and “encrypt once, access many ways”.

TrustQuery : TrustQuery enables users to verify that their query results are complete (i.e., no qualifying tuples are omitted) and authentic (i.e., all the result values originated from the owner). It supports range selection on key and non-key attributes, project as well as join queries on relational databases.

Analysis of Cryptographic Systems : Cryptography is the science of secure communications and data integrity protection while the analysis of cryptographic systems, or cryptanalysis, is the dual science of attacking or even breaking into such systems. Fair Exchange of Valuable Data over Internet : As more business is conducted over the Internet, the fair exchange problem assumes increasing importance. For instance, suppose you are willing to pay a travel agent electronic cash in exchange for an electronic airline ticket. Technology Transfers

Residential Gateway (2000-2001) : Designed and implemented a residential gateway system based on embedded Linux and VPN in a joint project with National Semiconductor Corporation.

Public Key Infrastructure (1998-99) : Developed a Java based PKI system which was licensed to Computer Associates International.

Fair Exchange System (1998-99) : Our research result in fair exchange was implemented into an Internet based fair exchange system and was licensed to Computer Associates International.

Virtual Private Network (1996-97) : Designed and implemented a suite of virtual private network (VPN) solutions in 1996. The system was successfully tested over Singapore's broadband network S-One and was licensed to CET Pte Ltd, Internet Appliance Pte Lte, and Computer Associates International.

Internet CashCard (1997) : Designed and developed the world's first operational electronic cash system over the Internet code named C-One. The system was launched by Prime Minister Goh and has been in operation since January 1998.

Certificate Authority (1996) : Designed and developed a public key certification authority system which was licensed to Port of Singapore Authority and Development Bank of Singapore.
